Text, layout and drawings on best-adult-cams.com are our own work. Spotted your own words or drawings here without permission? Send word, and the matter is looked into within days. We follow the notice-and-takedown process of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

1. What a notice needs

the title of your work or a short description, so we know which piece you mean;
every best-adult-cams.com address where you spotted it;
your name and an e-mail address for our reply;
your good faith belief, put in writing, that this use lacks any permission – yours, your agent’s or the law’s;
a line sworn under penalty of perjury: all of the above is accurate, and the work belongs to you or was entrusted to you;
a signature – a scanned one or simply your typed full name.

Use the support form with “Copyright” picked as the topic. Incomplete notices slow things down, because we have to ask for the missing parts first.

2. Counter-notice

If we removed something you published or own and you think that was a mistake, you can reply with a counter-notice: identify the removed material and where it was, state under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, give your name and contact details, accept that a U.S. federal court for your home district can decide the case, and sign. We pass it on to the person who filed the original notice.

3. Video inside the chat

We have no access to what appears in the chat that Start opens on the provider’s pages. Reports about that content go to the chat provider through its own site.
